Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch July 26, 1940
GROVER, CHARLES ERNEST - At a local hospital, Thursday morning, July 25, 1940, at 
5:15 o'clock, CHARLES ERNEST GROVER, husband of the late Margaret Lula Beaver, in 
the 54th year of his age. The body will be taken from the Sykes Funeral Home, 124 
East Berkley avenue, to the residence, 405 Clifton street, where funeral services 
will be conducted SATURDAY AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock. Interment will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
