Virginian-Pilot March 22, 1949
Mrs. Margaret Aspinwall Gustaveson, 82, widow of John P. Gustaveson, died at the 
residence of her daughter, Mrs. E. W. Berard, 858 West Ocean View Avenue 
yesterday at 2 a.m. Besides Mrs. Berard, she is survived by another daughter, 
Mrs. C. J. Haydon, of Chevy Chase, Md.; a son, John W. Gustaveson, of Kansas 
City, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. M. B. Albertis, of Ridgewood, N.J., five grandchildren 
and six great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Gustaveson was a native of New York City and had been a resident of Norfolk 
for 44 years. She was a member of the Church of the Epiphany.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
