NORFOLK - Mrs. Mary (Mamie) Roan Guthrie, 88, of 342 Maple Ave., died in a 
hospital Thursday.
She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk.
She was the widow of Fred Guthrie.
She was a Catholic and a member of Golden Age Ciub.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Katherine M. Belangia of Colonial Heights 
and Mrs. Frances M. Lambert of Virginia Beach; a son, William V. Morgan of 
Virginia Beach; and a sister, Mrs. Isadore Price of Hollywood, Fla.
A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, 
Virginia Beach, Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
