Norfolk Virginian Pilot Saturday October 9, 1954
Mrs. Frances C. Guynn, 82, a native of Nansemond County and a resident of 
Norfolk for the last 63 years, died Thursday at 8:05 p.m. in a Norfolk 
hospital after a short illness. She was the widow of James Walter Guynn and 
resided at 1200 East Ocean View Avenue.
Surviving are one granddaughter, Mrs. Franklin D. Moore; two grandsons, 
Henry Carl Heberlin, Jr., and Carl A. Heberlin, and two great-grandsons, 
Carl A. Heberlin, Jr., and David M. Heberlin, all of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel of the Derry- Twiford 
Funeral Home today at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Yancey C. Elliott, pastor of the 
Ocean View Baptist Church, Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
