The Norfolk Virginian Pilot Saturday March 22, 1947
Mrs. Charlie Williams Grimstead Guynn, 85, widow of Lewis L. Guynn and daughter 
of the late Charles and Martha G. Williams, died at her residence in Princess 
Ann County yesterday at 6:30 a.m. 
She is survived by a son, F.L. Grimstead; a step daughter, Mrs. E. L. Dozier; a 
sister, Mrs. Annie Williams Kidd; a brother, Lloyd Williams, all of Norfolk; 
six 
grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. 
Mrs. Guynn was a life-long resident of Princess Anne County and was a member of 
the Bethel Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Sunday at 
2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
