Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, September 3, 1992 
Charles Jonelraco Hagans of the 800 block of B Ave., died Aug. 31, 1992, in a
hospital.

Mr. Hagans was born in Norfolk and was a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church.
He played community league football on the Eagles team.

Survivors include his mother, Anna M. Hagans of Norfolk; his father, Charles
Mitchell of Paterson, N.J.; a sister, Nicole Cherry; a brother, Drashawn Hagans;
maternal grandmother, Annie E. Hagans, and paternal grandfather, Godwin
Mitchell, all of Norfolk; and paternal grandmother, Hazel H. Mitchell of New
Jersey.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Home by the
Rev. James Faulcon. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at 436 Chapel St.
