The Virginian Pilot September 9, 1960
Mrs. Eliza Mann Haigh, 84, widow of Bartin R. Haigh and daughter of Lewis 
Shelton and Mrs. Sarah E. Mott Mann, died in a Norfolk hospital Thursday at 
11:45 a.m.
She was a native of Roanoke Island, N.C, and had been a resident of Norfolk 
most of her life, lately with her nephew, William Haigh Kirby, at 1535 Avenue 
DeGrasse. She was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church.
Besides Mr. Kirby, she is survived by two other nephews, six nieces and great 
nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Saturday at 
2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
