He had been employed on the Norfolk- Portsmouth ferries for 19 years and was a former employee of the Virginia Electric and Power Company. He was a native of Richmond and had resided in Norfolk for many years. Mr. Hall was a member of the Christian Temple and of Norfolk council No. 2 Order of Fraternal Americans He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie L. Hall; a daughter, Mrs. J.R. Willis; two sisters, Mrs. J.W. Borum and Mrs. Maud Weston; two grandchildren and a niece and nephew. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the Christian Temple with the Rev. H.S. Hardcastle, the pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove.
