Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 22, 1919

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Hall, widow of Edward T. Hall, died at the residence of her 
son-in-law, W.W. Henley, at 10:30 o'clock yesterday morning, in her eightieth 
year.
Mrs. Hall, a native of Nansemond County, Va., had been a resident of Norfolk for 
sixty-five years. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. W.W. Henley.
The funeral will take place at the residence of her son-in-law, W.W. Henley, 225 
West Thirty-sixth Street, at noon Thursday. The service will be conducted by 
Rev. S.T. Senter and Rev. J.M. Rowland. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

The funeral of Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Hall, widow of Edward T. Hall, takes place at 
noon tomorrow at the residence of her son-in-law, W.W. Henley, 225 Thirty-sixth 
Street, Rev. S. T. Senter, D.D., of Epworth Methodist Church and Rev. J.M. 
Rowland, of Park Place Methodist Church, officiating. Burial private in Elmwood.
