Hall & Co., Inc., died at 10:35 p.m., Thursday in his home. A native of Burkeville, he lived in Norfolk 45 years. He was an operator of chartered fishing boats out of Cobb's Marina, one of which was the "Skilligalee." Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Doris Bell Hall; three sons, William Alford Hall III, Joseph Bell Hall and John Charles Hall, and a daughter, Miss Margaret Alford Hall, all of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. H. Taylor Harrison of Richmond; and eight grandchildren. A funeral service will be held in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments today at noon. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
