Virginian Pilot September 9, 1983

Helen Hall, 76, of 857 W. 34th St., a native of Newburgh, N.Y., died Thursday in 
a hospital.
She had retired in 1972 from Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Co. as the foreman 
of the house services building unit after 46 years. She was a life member of Old 
Dominion Telephone Pioneers of America, Chapter 43.
She was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church and the Old Dominion 
Eye Bank and Research Foundation.
Survivors include a half brother, Edward J. Hall of Cherry Hill, N.J.
A joyful Mass of the resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. 
Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk. Memorial donations may be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
