Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark May 22, 1917

James Hall, 34 years old, a native of Missouri, died Sunday afternoon at 6:15 
o'clock at a local hospital. The funeral will take place at St. Mary's Catholic 
Church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. P.P. 
Brennan. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

HALL, JAMES - In this city, on Sunday, May 20, 1917, at 6:15 o'clock p.m., JAMES 
HALL, age 34 years.
Remains will be taken from H. D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, Nos. 610-12 East 
Freemason Street, to St. Mary’s Catholic church for funeral services WEDNESDAY 
MORNING at 9 o'clock. Friends are invited to attend.
