Halstead, widow of E.W. Halstead, died early this morning at the residence of her niece, Mrs. W.R. Poyner, 422 W. 19th Street, aged 75 years. She was a native of Virginia and had lived in Norfolk 40 years. The funeral takes place to the above residence Saturday at 4 p.m., Rev. E.P. Miner, officiating. Burial in Elmwood. ************************************************************************ HALSTEAD - At the residence of her niece, Mrs. W.R. Poyner, 422 West Nineteenth Street, Friday morning, September 2, 1921, at 2 o'clock, SARAH A. widow of E.W. Halstead, aged 75 years. Funeral service from the residence THIS (Saturday) AFTERNOON, September 3, at 4 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. There were many floral offerings. The burial was in Elmwood, the pallbearers being N.B. Grooms, G.L. Snyder, H.W. Lyons, H.C. Willis, S.H. Way, Dr. H.W. Phillips.
