Norfolk Journal and Guide, Jan 18,1947

Mrs. Mamie E. Hamlin - Funeral services for Mrs. Hamlin, 924 Washington 
avenue, who died Jan. 9, were held Jan. 12 from Bank Street Baptist Church 
with the Rev. Mr. Henderson officiating.  Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
