He was a native of St. Cloud, Minn. but had made his home in Norfolk since 1918. Besides his wife, Mrs. Anne Nugent Hansen, he is survived by his father, Hubert Hansen; two brothers, Hubert Hansen, Jr. and Cyril Hansen and a sister, Mrs. Marie Ryan, all of St. Cloud. The body was removed to the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason Street, to be prepared for burial. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, Nos. 610-12 E. Freemason Street, with Rev. P.C. Blackburn, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Suffolk, Va., officiating. There were many floral offerings. Interment was private in St. Mary's Cemetery. The pallbearers were W.W. Howard, John A. White, E.E. Nock, W.K. Stallings, Jack Morgan and Rand Hayslett. The casket was covered with a pall of Premier roses and ferns.
