Lillian A. Gross Hardy, 83, of the 100 block of Osage St., died Dec. 19, 1992, in 
her home.

Mrs. Hardy was born in Washington, D.C. She had retired from the Purchasing 
Department from the Civil Service after 32 years. She was the widow of Richard 
Hardy and was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Diane M. Winfield of Virginia Beach; a brother, 
Eugene A. Gross Jr. of Miami, Fla.; five grandchildren; and eight great-
grandchildren.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Gregory 
the Great Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A Rosary service 
will be held at 8:15 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. 
Friends may join the family at 4873 Wyandotte Road.
