Norfolk - Mrs. Susie Hardy of 7447 Dakota avenue, who died Feb. 8 in a hospital, 
received a funeral service Sunday in First Baptist Church, Logan Park, where she 
was a member.

The Rev. B. O. Moody officiated at the service. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery 
with Hale Funeral Home in charge.

Former senior choir president and member of Women’s League at First Baptist, 
Mrs. Hardy was a retired dressmaker. She was a native of Lawrenceville.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lillian H. Taylor of Norfolk and Mrs Susie 
Hardy of New York; and a son, Joseph C. Hardy, also of New York.
