Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Friday August 8, 1924
James Frost Hargrove, aged 40, died Wednesday night at 10 o'clock at 
Lynchburg. He was a native of Norfolk, son of Mrs. Mollie E. and the late John 
T. Hargrove. Besides his mother he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. W.B. 
Holland and Miss Lucille L. Hargrove; two brothers, Ernest S. and Emmett L. 
Hargrove, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence, 
420 Redgate avenue, Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock, the Rev. J.B. Winn, 
D.D., pastor of Ghent Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
