A native of Boston, she was the daughter of Mrs. Emily Symington Harkins and Dr. George Archer Harkins. She attended Maury High School and was a former student at St. Paul's School in Concord, N.H., where she was a member of the Garnett Club. She was a member of Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Besides her parents, survivors include a brother, Montgomery Fox Harkins of Norfolk; and maternal grandparents, Frank Fife Symington and Mrs. Grace Cover Symington, both of Baltimore. A funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Christ and St. Luke's Episcopal Church by the Rev. A. Heath Light. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, has charge. The body will be taken to the home until Tuesday at 1 p.m. The family suggests memorials to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters Building Fund or Lee Harkins Endowment Fund- Radiation Oncology, UVB/SN Trust Division, P.O.
