HARPER, wife of Jesse Harper, aged 18 years, 5 months and 4 days. Funeral from the above residence THIS (Friday) AFTERNOON at 4:30 o'clock. Friends of family invited to attend. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley. **************************************** Mrs. Ella M. Harper, wife of Jesse Harper, died yesterday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the family residence, Liberty street extended, South Norfolk, after a lingering illness. She was in the 19th year of her age and is survived by a husband and one child. She was a native of South Mills, N.C., but had been a resident of South Norfolk for six years. The deceased was a member of the Disciples Church and was well known in her community. The funeral will be conducted from the residence this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. Rev. Mr. Richards, pastor of the Disciples Church, will officiate and interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
