Norfolk Ledger Dispatch July 11, 1935

William Allen Harper, aged 20 years, died at the family residence, 1218 Seaboard 
Avenue, South Norfolk, yesterday afternoon at 5:50 o'clock after a lingering 
illness.
Mr. Harper was a son of Walter E. and Mrs. Bessie Boyette Harper, of South 
Norfolk. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, J.N. and 
W.P. Harper; five sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Earley, Mrs. Mildred Pierce, Misses 
Mary, Ruth and Ethel Harper.
The body was taken to the J.R. Williams Funeral Home, 1027 Chesapeake Avenue, 
South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 4 
o'clock. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
