He resided at 1314 Rodgers Street, South Norfolk. A native of Suffolk, he had lived in South Norfolk 40 years. His late parents were Samuel and Mrs. Florence Augusta Skinner Harrell. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Local Union No. 428; a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a member of the South Norfolk Congregational-Christian Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Ann Miller Harrell; two sons, Sgt. Woodrow Wilson Johnson, United States Army, Germany, and Henry Clay Johnson, of South Norfolk; four sisters, Mrs. L.J. Spivey, Mrs. E.D. Pierce and Mrs. Hazel Hawkins, all of South Norfolk, and Mrs. J.B. Jones of Ivor, and one brother, Earnest E. Harrell, of South Norfolk. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
