Harrell Found Face Down In Washtub Nellie Ioma Harrell, the 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Harrell, was drowned in a wash tub in their residence in Princeton Avenue, Campostella Heights, last night about 6:15 o'clock. The tub had been left on the floor and the child amused itself playing in the water. It is supposed to have leaned over the side of the tub, lost its balance and fell face first in the water, which was only about three inches deep. The child was discovered about five minutes later, and Dr. Frank D. Wilson was summoned. He pronounced the child dead. The funeral services will be conducted at the residence this afternoon at 5 o'clock by Rev. W.M. Black, pastor of the South Norfolk Baptist Church and burial will be in the family lot in Magnolia Cemetery.
