BROOKLYN - Louise "Lou" Harrell was called home to be with the Lord Feb. 18,
2008, in Brooklyn. A Norfolk native, Lou was preceded in death by a son, Irving
Harrell Jr.; both parents, Augustus and Deanna Foy; brother, James Foy; and
sister, Annie Mae Dukes.

She leaves to mourn two brothers, Clarence Foy of Georgia and George Foy
(Nellie) of Norfolk; and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Metropolitan Funeral
Service, Granby St. Chapel, followed by a graveside service at 1 p.m. at Calvary
Cemetery, Norfolk. Condolences may be offered to the family at
www.metropolitanfuneralservice.com.
