Harrell Sr., and daughter of William Daniel and Mrs. Nancy Gills Southall, died at 6 a.m. Saturday in her home, at 800 Redgate Ave. A native of Amelia County, she had lived in Norfolk 66 years. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church, the Women's Bible Class and the Women's Society of Christian Service. Surviving are a son, Charles M. Harrell of Virginia Beach; three daughters, Miss Lucille Harrell, and Mrs. F. U. Massengill of Norfolk and Mrs. J.A. Elliott of Charlotte, N.C.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Monday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Hugh M. Burleigh, D.D., pastor of Epworth Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
