Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - May 23, 1991

Clark Durham Harrill, 68, a retired Navy chief petty officer, died May 21, 
1991, in Greensboro.
Mr. Harrill, a native of Cleveland County, was a veteran of World War II. He 
was a member of American Legion Post 141 of Richmond and the Fleet Reserve. 
He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Birdie Harrill; two daughters, Linda M. 
Westergard of Newport News and Mary E. Pickrell of Virginia Beach; two 
sisters, Eulalia Hockaday of Burlington and Wanda M. Chapman of Pensacola, 
Fla.; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Laskin Road. Burial will be at a later date in Magnolia Cemetery, Norfolk. 
Friends may join the family from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
