A funeral service was held Saturday at First Calvary Baptist Church for Chavious 
Harris, 76, of 1013 E. Indian River road.  Mr. Harris died March 7 at his home.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery under direction of Chatman Funeral Home.

Mr. Harris, a native of Littleton, NC, was a member of First Calvary.

His survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Emma Willard and Mrs. Gladys Fentress 
of Norfolk;  three sons, Vernard, Alvin and Willie Harris,  also of Norfolk;  
and a sister, Mrs. Martha Ann Johnson.
