Virginian-Pilot November 2, 1916
The funeral of Edward Douglas Harris, who died Monday at Protestant hospital, will 
take place this morning at 9 o'clock at H. D. Oliver's funeral apartments, 610-612 
E. Freemason street, and will be conducted by Rev, E. P. Miner. He was 80 years 
old, had lived in Norfolk 10 years and was greatly esteemed.
