French O. Harris
The body of French O. Harris, who died in Washington, D.C., Sunday, arrived here 
this morning via the Washington steamer and was taken to the Gregory funeral home. 
Mrs. Beulah C. Harris accompanied the body of her husband. Besides his wife, Mr. 
Harris is survived by one son, French Harris, Jr.; one daughter, Lois Lee Harris; 
three brothers and eight sisters. Before moving to Washington two months ago, the 
deceased had been a resident of Norfolk for 18 years.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Gregory funeral home, Thirty-fourth 
and Granby streets, tomorrow at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Elmwood cemetery.
