The Virginian-Pilot, Monday, March 8, 1971

NORFOLK - Lindsay A. Harris of 2232 Reservoir Ave. died Saturday in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, he was the husband of Mrs. Ethel Mae Harris and a son of 
the late Alexander and Mrs. Louvenia Harris.

He worked for the City of Norfolk 14 years.

Besides his widow, surviving are three sons, Eugene Harris, James Harris and 
James Carter; two daughters, Mrs. Deloris Scott and Mrs. Arleen Yancey; a 
brother, Alexnader Harris; and three sisters, Miss Louvenia Harris, Mrs. Bernice 
Wood, and Miss Virginia Lee Harris, all of Norfolk; and 14 grandchildren.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
