DeVelde, 309 Windemere Avenue, Norview, Thursday afternoon, April 28, 1938, at 5 o'clock, MRS. SARAH LOUISE HARRIS, a native of Currituck, N.C., daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gray, and widow of Samuel Harris, aged 88 years. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, Jackson and Jefferson Streets, South Norfolk, where funeral services will be conducted THIS (Saturday) AFTERNOON at 4 o'clock. Interment will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery. ******************** Mrs. Sarah Louise Harris - Funeral services for Mrs. Harris who died at her residence, 309 Windemere avenue, Norview, Thursday, were conducted yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Graham Funeral Home in South Norfolk. The Rev. J.F. Morgan, pastor of the Rosemont Christian Church, officiated. James Megginson sang "In the Sweet By and By" and "Going Home." The attendance was large and there were many floral tributes, the casket being covered with Easter lilies and fern. Pallbearers were C.B. Mason, Elwood Harris, E.H. Everton, J.C. Harris, Richard Deacon and S.D. Abernathy. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery.
