Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark June 10, 1925

W.W. Harris, a former well known resident of this city, died at his home at 
Winston-Salem, N.C., Monday, according to advices received here by his brother-in-
law, J.D. Howard, of Poplar Avenue.
Mr. Harris had been a resident of Winston-Salem only a few months, but had been 
away from this city about eight years. He was a native of Norfolk and was well 
known.
The body will arrive here today for funeral and burial arrangements for which will 
be announced later.
