A son of the late John Anderson and Mrs. Jennie Towe Harris, he was a native of Pasquotank County, N.C., and had made his home in this section for 16 years. Mr. Harris was a member of LeKies Memorial Methodist Church. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Howard Glenn and Norman Joseph Harris; five sisters, Mrs. Dora West, Mrs. A.F. Hozier, Mrs. D.A. Palmer and Mrs. J.S. Madrin, all of Norfolk, and Mrs. A.P. Diehl, of Fortress Monroe, and two brothers, C.G. and V.B. Harris, of Norfolk. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home, 124 East Berkley avenue. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at LeKies Memorial Church. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
