Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, October 24, 1990 
Lucy Green Harrison, 96, of the 700 block of Avenue C, died Oct. 22, 1990, in a
hospital.

Mrs. Harrison, a native of Hampton, was the widow of John H. Harrison Sr. She
was a member and deaconess of New Calvary Baptist Church and was a member of
United Order of Tents.

Survivors include two daughters, Lucy Lattimore of Norfolk and Nettie Anderson
of Portsmouth; three sons, John H. Harrison Jr. and Milton Harrison, both of
Norfolk, and Clyde W. Harrison of New York City; a sister, Estelle Williams of
Norfolk; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in New Calvary Baptist Church
by the Rev. G.G. Campbell. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join
the family at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m.
Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
