NORFOLK - Mitchell John Harrison, 57, of 959 Reservoir Ave.. died Tuesday in his
home after a long illness.

A native of Norfolk, he was the husband of Mrs. Ernestine Anthony Harrison and a son
of the late John and Mrs. Annie G. Harrison.

He was a retired packer of Norfolk Naval Air Station.

He was an Air Corps veteran of World War II.

He was a member of the Usher Board of Bank Street Baptist Church.

Besides his widow, surviving are a niece, Mrs. Barbara H. Jefferson of Norfolk, and
four great--nieces.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Bank Street Baptist Church by
the Rev. John B. Henderson. Burial, with military honors, will be in Calvary
Cemetery with Riddick Funeral Service in charge.

The body will be in church at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
