Harrison of 1021 Merrimac avenue recently at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph LeFrois, pastor, was the celebrant. Mr. Harrison, a native of Norfolk and a Post Office employee for 15 years, died following a short illness. A veteran of World War II, he was the son of the late John Harrison and Mrs. Annie Grimes Harrison. He was a member of the Holy Name Society, Nocturnal Adoration Society and the choir of St. Mary’s. His pallbearers were George H. Green Jr., Archibald H. Reyes, Methuselah Exum, James Fincham, John Scott and Leonard Harris. Mr. Harrison’s survivors include his wife, Mrs. Beulah F. Harrison; three daughters, Barbara Ann, Joyce Evita and Tracy Yvette Harrison; and a brother, Mitchell Harrison. All are Norfolkians.
