Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, November 30, 2005
NORFOLK - Daniel A. Harrison of the 2800 block of Victoria Ave. died Nov. 27, 
2005, in Chesapeake Healthcare Center. Mr. Harrison, a military veteran and 
retired electrician of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, was a native of Norfolk. 

Predeceased by his wife, Audrey E. Harrison, he is survived by two daughters, 
Sandra H. Hill of Chesapeake and Jean K. Harrison of Washington, D.C.; two 
granddaughters, Paula and Kristen Harrison-Hill of Chesapeake; brother, retired 
Col. Oscar J. Harrison Sr. of Dumfries; three nephews, Oscar J. Harrison Jr. of 
Los Angeles, Calif., Larry J. Harrison of San Diego, Calif., and Keith J. 
Harrison of Vienna; sister-in-law, Josephine S. Brown of Virginia Beach; 
brother-in-law, Dr. Wilbert D. Edgerton of Virginia Beach; and a host of other 
relatives and friends. 

A funeral will be held in the chapel of Carlos A. Howard Funeral Homes, Norfolk, 
by Pastor Anthony E. Daniels. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The remains 
will be ready for viewing Thursday from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The family will assemble 
at 2023 Dawnee Brook Trail North at 11 a.m. for the procession.
