Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 31, 1924

Mrs. Sallie Gillerlain Hart, aged 73 years, died last night at 6:15 o'clock at her 
residence, 820 Raleigh Avenue. A native of Philadelphia, she had been a resident 
of Norfolk for 68 years. She was a daughter of the late Peter and Mrs. Jane Riley 
Gillerlain and widow of Edward Hart. She is survived by a niece, Mrs. J.P. McHugh. 
Funeral services will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Monday morning 
at 10 o'clock. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
