RICHMOND - Charles Anthony Harvey, 21, of Elm Tree Farm, Mechanicsville, died 
Sunday in a hospital. He was a son of John Norman and Mrs. Ann Madden Harvey.
A native of Chicago, he lived in Norfolk 15 years and was a member of Christ the 
King Catholic Church there.
Surviving, besides his parents, are a brother, Paul Francis Harvey; and a sister, 
Margaret Suzanne Harvey, both of Norfolk; and grandparents, Thomas Joseph Madden 
Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. John J. Harvey, all of Pittsburgh, Pa.
The Office of the Dead will be conducted in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk, Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
A funeral service will be held in Christ the King Catholic Church, Norfolk, 
Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
