Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, August 27, 1991 
Lawrence ``Kelly Black'' Haskins of the 800 block of Reservoir Ave., a retired
warehouseman, died Aug. 25, 1991, in a hospital.

Mr. Haskins was born in Norfolk. He had retired from Priest Lumber Co. after 25
years.

Survivors include his wife, Isabell Timberlake Haskins; three sons, Lawrence
Haskins Jr., Raymond B. Haskins and Drewen L. Haskins, and his mother, Jessie
Mae Haskins, all of Norfolk; three sisters, Jessie M. Turner of Portsmouth, and
Lendora Allen and Carrie L. Spivey, both of Norfolk; 13 grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Riddick Funeral Service by the
Rev. J.L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from 2
to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Friends may join the family at the
residence.
