J. J. Freeman. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Hatcher died May 24 in a hospital after a short illness. A Richmond native, she was a daughter of Junius Taylor and Mrs. Liza Taylor and the wife of James H. Hatcher. She was a member of True Vine Club of Queen Street Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hatcher is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Evans and Mrs. Christine Dicks of New York City, Mrs. W. M. Hassell of Richmond and Mrs. Edith Dailey and Mrs. Catherine Hendricks of Norfolk; a brother, Columbus Taylor of Richmond, and 20 grandchildren.
