Funeral services for Henry Hathaway, well known Southsider who passed away at his 
residence on Lancaster street after a short illness on January 14, were held 
Sunday from the First Trinity AME Church with the Rev. H. B. Threadgill 
officiating.

He is survived by a daughter, Miss Clementine Hathaway, and two sons, Manassa and 
Bernard Hathaway; a sister, Mrs. Ella White, and several others in Edenton NC.

Interment was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Chatman Funeral Home in charge.
