Virginian-Pilot  March 19, 1902
Mrs. Catherine Hatton, relict of the late Mr. Michael Hatton, departed this life 
at her home, 111 Virginia street, at 6 o’clock yesterday after a long and painful 
illness. She was 59 years old. The deceased is survived by an only daughter, Miss 
Katie Hatton. The funeral will be held from St. Mary’s Catholic church at 10 
o’clock Thursday morning.
