Virginian-Pilot  February 10, 1921
George A. Haub died early yesterday morning at his residence, 332 Cumberland 
street, aged 60 years. He was a native of Philadelphia and had lived in Norfolk 
thirty-five years, being a well-known dealer in horses. He is survived by his 
wife, Mrs. Catherine Haub; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Wagner, of California; and 
Mrs. Joseph Rickert and Mrs. J. S. Ennis, both of Philadelphia, and a brother, 
Harry Haub, of Philadelphia. The remains will be taken from H. D. Oliver’s funeral 
apartments, 610-612 East Freemason street, for a funeral at St. Mary’s Catholic 
Church tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be private in St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
