Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Hawkins were conducted May 16 at the Antioch 
Baptist Church by the pastor, the Rev. J. W. Matthews.

Mrs. Hawkins lived at 858 Goff street and died May 12 in a local hospital at the 
age of 60.  She was a native of Norfolk.

The widow of the late Mark Hawkins, she is survived by one nephew, Raymond 
Wilkins.

Burial was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with Citizens Funeral Home in charge.
