Virginian Pilot December 28, 1985

Edward Thomas Hawkins of 621 Reservoir Ave., a native of Norfolk, died Thursday in 
a hospital.
Mr. Hawkins had retired from Army Navy Stores.
Survivors include two sisters, Lottie Weatherspoon of Long Island, N.Y. and Mary 
Johnson of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and two brothers John Demps of Portsmouth and Samuel B. 
Demps of New York.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Community Funeral 
Chapel by the Rev. J.L. Kearney.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
