Haynes, of this city, Miss Irene Roche Haynes, expired, aged eighteen. Her death is generally regretted. Funeral services will take place today at 3 o'clock. ************************************************************************ The funeral of Miss Irene Rochi Haynes took place Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, from the residence of her parents, Brambleton Ward, and was largely attended by relatives and friends. The services were conducted by Rev. C.J. Jones, D.D., of the Christian Church. During the services Miss Carrie Jones sang, "She Is Gone to the Silent Land," and "Come, ye Disconsolate." The remains were conveyed to Elmwood Cemetery and there interred. The following gentlemen were the pallbearers: Messrs. M.A. Mansoni, T.B. Gordon, Richard N. Grant, Geo. Lathrop, W.C. Arrington, T.C. Whitehurst, S. Jackson and Willie Curdts.
