NORFOLK – Mrs. Emily Foster Haynes, 87, died in a hospital Wednesday.
She was the widow of George B. Haynes and a daughter of Louis B. and Mrs. Mary 
Riley Foster.
A Norfolk native, she was a lifelong resident of this area.
Surviving are five cousins, Mrs. B. W. Tunstall, Mrs. A. B. Daughtrey, Mrs. J. R. 
Hooper, Mrs. John S. Mahon, and John E. Kelly of Norfolk.
The Rosary will be said in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Saturday at 9:30 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
