The Virginian Pilot Thursday December 20, 1962
Mrs. Frances Pillsbury Hazelton, 90, died in her home at 505 Redgate Ave. 
Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. after a long illness.
A native of Washington, she lived in Norfolk 20 years. She was a daughter of 
William David and Mrs. Frances Theresa Blackford Pillsbury and the widow of 
Willis O. Hazelton.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. 
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. J.T. Jacobs of Norfolk, and a son, Capt. 
Willis B. Hazelton, retired, of Palo Alto, Calif.
A funeral service will be conducted in Cox Funeral Home Friday at 2 p.m. by 
Dr. Edward H. Jones of First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
