The Norfolk Virginian Pilot November 27, 1954


Charles J. Heaney, 64, son of James and Mrs. Mary Ellen Dover Heaney, a native of M
of Montreal, Canada, and a resident of this section practically all of his life
life, died Thursday after a brief illness.
He resided at 2883 Shelter Road, South Norfolk.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lucy Watson, of Rutland, Vt. For several years Mr
Mr. Heaney resided with his niece here, Mrs. Hilda Burns de Sierra, who now li
lives in New York.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The body was taken to the H.D. O
Oliver Funeral Apartments.
